Prenatal Yoga-A blessing.

By July 13, 2010One Comment

I have been lucky enough to participate in a 6 week series of prenatal yoga. The yoga was given to me as a gift from one of my very special clients. After this class I feel relaxed and stretched. For us pregos, it’s so important to stretch and prepare our bodies for childbirth. If there are ways to help ourselves have a better experience, then I say why not take advantage of that?

Sportsclub Five Forks yoga instructor, Athena, will be doing another 6 week series starting August 9th, 2010. I highly recommend taking this class. Non-members are able to take this class for $90. The benefits far outweigh the cost of this class. Yoga is important because it teaches you to breathe deeply and relax. This will be important during your labor.

Come join me August 9th for another 6 week series of prenatal yoga.

    Hey Nadine!

Thank you for the kind words! Yes, pre-natal yoga is a blessing to my students and a beautiful gift to me as a teacher. I get to see the amazing growth that takes place both inside mother’s body and outside as yoga takes hold. Yoga trains mother’s to breath correctly, stretch hip flexors, and most of all to be mindful during delivery.

    Blessings,
    Athena
